ALAMANCE COUNTY Farm Bureau member Frank Bell, of Bell Farms, has won the American Simmental Association’s coveted award: entry into the Golden Book of the World Simmental/Fleckvieh Federation. Bell was the first North Carolinian to receive a Golden Book Award since it was established in 1982.
