Spring is one of the best seasons to visit historic Hendersonville because of the full roster of events the town hosts – from garden shows to downtown dances.

Hendersonville ushers in summer with the Music on Main free concert series, hosted by the Henderson County Tourism Development Authority and held on Friday evenings from June through August in the parking lot next to the visitors’ center. The lot offers plenty of room for dancing or just relaxing in a lawn chair, listening to the music.
