ROCKINGHAM COUNTY Farm Bureau Women’s Committee members promoted Food Check-Out Week on Feb. 24 and 25 at Food Lion in Fairmont and St. Paul’s, Piggly Wiggly in Pembroke and IGA in St. Paul’s.
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY Farm Bureau Women’s Committee served drinks and desserts to Relay for Life survivors at Covington Wesleyan. This marked their 16th year assisting the event.
The Women’s Committee also read and donated copies of How Did That Get in My Lunchbox? at 18 schools.
