Wake County
The Wake County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee held its monthly meeting on May 15 at the Ronald McDonald House of Durham. The Women’s Committee brought donated house supplies and can tabs, and Wake County Farm Bureau board member David Pope donated fresh strawberries. After holding their monthly meeting, decorating picture frames for the house guests, providing lunch for the office staff and washing the fresh strawberries, the Women’s Committee baked cookies and brownies for the house guests to enjoy.
