NEW HANOVER COUNTY Farm Bureau donated $10,300 to the UNC-Wilmington Shellfish Research Hatchery for a special study on oysters. The Board of Directors had visited this project and North Carolina Farm Bureau President Larry Wooten joined them there on Sept. 7 for the check presentation and a tour of the facility.
