HOKE COUNTY Farm Bureau President Earl Hendrix presented, on behalf of Hoke County Farm Bureau, a scholarship to Allan Evans, who will be participating in an overseas study abroad program. Evans is a student in the AgBusiness program at N.C. State University in Raleigh.
