An anticipated favorite, the ever-popular Race City Festival brings in more than 15,000 attendees a year. Held the Saturday of Charlotte Race Week each May, the free street fair is hosted by the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, and features live music and entertainment, an international food court and beer garden, plus activities for children.
