Foothills Folk Art Festival

The annual Foothills Folk Art Festival returns to downtown Newton for its fifth year this fall. The family-friendly event will showcase various local and regional contemporary folk artists, and attendees will be able to purchase unique pieces, attend art demonstrations or take the kids to participate in hands-on art activities. The festival also features live music, food trucks, beer gardens and more. The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
