HENDERSON COUNTY Farm Bureau had a booth at Farm-City Day, Oct. 6 in Hendersonville. The booth included a demonstration model cow for kids to milk and an actual live cow for milking. Henderson County Farm Bureau sponsored milk and cookies to demonstrate to the children the link between the milk they drink daily and the cows that produce the milk. FFA students from West Henderson High School helped the children milk the cow and served the cookies and milk.
