Fryar's Sauce

Fryar’s Sauce started out as a zesty barbecue sauce to accompany ham and turkey, but people loved it so much that they began pouring it on everything from french fries to pinto beans.

After more than 30 years in business, the original Fryar’s Sauce is as popular as ever. The McLeansville-based company produces its award-winning sauce in three varieties – mild, hot and sweet – as well as a poppy seed dressing.

Fryar’s Sauce can be purchased at several farmers markets and specialty shops across the state. The company is a proud member of the Goodness Grows in North Carolina program, which helps promote local products.
