After a successful first year, the Rowan Chamber Dragon Boat Festival is back for round two.
Held on High Rock Lake, the event encourages local companies, community groups, and more to form dragon boat teams and join in the fun. Co-sponsor High Five Dragon Boat will provide each team with a boat, paddles, life vests and other necessities, and teach the team how to paddle during a prerace practice session.
