Here are a few of the camps offered at Indo Jax Surf School for various skill levels:
Minnows Surf Camp
The Minnows Surf Camp at Wrightsville Beach is the newest program at Indo Jax. Designed for young children who may not be very familiar with an ocean environment, it is the only program in the area that teaches young children to surf. The weeklong camps run Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. from June through August. Each child has an individual instructor while immersed in a surf camp setting. Children’s first experiences in the ocean shape their attitude for years to come. The program is designed to build confidence in the ocean while learning to surf. Children move through the program at their own pace. Highly trained professional instructors make this an exciting experience. Young surfers receive an Indo Jax environmental beach tote bag, an Indo Jax Surf School sticker, and the Indo Jax Ocean and Surf School Guide. This camp is limited to eight students. The cost is $450.
