Apple Dapple Cake

Ingredients

1 ½ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup chopped pecan nuts
2 cups sugar
3 cups chopped apples
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups flour (sifted) plain
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except nuts and apples. Blend well with mixer. Fold in nuts and apples. Bake in tube pan at 350 for 40-60 minutes.
