Don’t miss the 35th annual Farmers Day celebration in China Grove this July.
The family-friendly festival originated as an event to honor local farmers by inviting them to sell their produce at market. Today, the festival hosts more than 25,000 visitors who come for the local items for sale, live entertainment, activities for kids and more. A main draw continues to be the farm-fresh produce sold by area farmers, as well as hand-churned ice cream from FFA chapters and alumni.
