Sweet Potato Biscuits with Pepper Jelly

My sister-in-law created these Sweet Potato Biscuits with Ham and Pepper Jelly for my niece’s wedding last year. If you don’t have your own pepper jelly put up from last summer, I bet someone else among your family or friends has some to share – or you may find some at a local farmers market. Leftover smoked turkey also tastes great on these biscuit sandwiches.
