April 2002 Recipe of the Month: Cheese Biscuits


  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Servings: 36 biscuits
