CABARRUS COUNTY Farm Bureau board member David Pless helps a kindergartner from Boston Elementary School in Rowan County feed a baby calf. Pless Dairy Farm hosted more than 60 kindergartners during a visit March 28. The students learned about baby calves, how to milk a cow and how much cows eat. They were also treated to ice cream sandwiches.
