Celebrate the fun side of winter at the 22nd Annual Blowing Rock WinterFest on Jan. 23-26, 2020. This seasonal celebration includes ice carving in Memorial Park, a chili cook-off and tasting, a fashion show, winter art events and a polar bear plunge in Chetola Lake for the most adventurous festivalgoers.

The festival kicks off on Thursday, Jan. 23, with WinterFeast, a restaurant crawl featuring 15 different restaurants all located under one roof.
